Hi, I'm Kalimah Jenkins (KJ), Real Estate Exam Coach. I'm a certified pre-license instructor and a real estate attorney. I have been practicing real estate for over 25 years. I have helped hundreds of students acquire their real estate licenses. In fact, my record is 22 days. That's right four of my students have passed their licensing exam in just 22 days. Pre-license teaching is my passion. The reason why I started the KJ Method is because I have seen too many students pass their pre-licensing course, but then they cannot pass their state exam. So I have put together a national course in order to help anyone in any state passed their licensing exam.
