In this video, Real Estate Exam Coach, Kalimah Jenkins, discusses real estate math and gives you a quick lesson on the conversions between fractions, decimals, and percentages. KJ does believe that you need to be able to tackle at least some of the real estate math. You can certainly pass the real estate exam without the math, but it will be an uphill climb if you are not excellent on the content. So, why not learn some of the math?
