I wish I could give a million stars. I took The KJ Method February Bootcamp, and then took my exam a week later and passed. Miss Kalimah Jenkins is Heaven sent! She breaks the concepts gown in ways that you’d have no choice but to understand it. She takes her time, and answer your questions. She’s very knowledgeable of the industry. And after taking her Bootcamp, I had so much confidence walking into that exam room.

If you are serious about acing your state's real estate licensing exam on the first try, I highly recommend you enroll in the KJ Method.
I studied the KJ Method and learned great strategies for not only breezing through all real estate math problems, but understanding key concepts and terms that can be tricky to remember. It took me three weeks of intensely focused study using the KJ Method to prepare to pass the Michigan real estate salesperson licensing exam on the first try.
Prior to using the KJ Method, I had been using a local 40-hour real estate licensing online course along with a few helpful videos on YouTube for about two months.
In my opinion, the KJ Method is the best approach to preparing for your real estate test because it is systematic and scaffolds (and presents) the information in a way that helps your understand and retain it.
